Post Campaign Update #5 Fulfillment Center Back to Work on March 2nd.

Dear Backers,
As we know the coronavirus outbreak has developed a huge impact on the whole logistics systems in China. Everything has been slowed down especially during the Chinese New Year when the situation gets worse. Unfortunately, our fulfillment center & supplier have to postpone their working schedules according to their government's suggestions. However, we are in close contact with them during this period. Luckily, everyone is fine so far! The expected schedule has been changed from initially middle of Feb to Late Feb. We just heard from them earlier this week updated again that the confirmed working date will be March 2nd.
We are sorry about the inconvenience caused. Sincerely hope everyone stays safe. All replacement orders and orders from our website- nouon.us will be handled accordingly after they resume working on March 2nd.
