Dear All,
Good news! Our supplier has finished over 10,000 NILS 2.0 so far. The number is growing while we are speaking. The production plan rolls out smoothly. All lightning (for Apple Devices)are ready!!! Up next is to complete USB C and Micro USB final assembling. All the ready NILS will be handover to our fulfillment team to start packing. Backers who paid for Faster tracked delivery will be prioritized. And then early backers who pledged within the first 48 hours😊 Tracking code hopefully can come out to you in early December. We will not stop delivering orders start in December.
We would love to share a little bit of behind the scene. Took a workshop tour last week, we were shocked when we acknowledged that each NILS 2.0 cable would go through 30 working process from cutting leather to final assembling (counting 4 inspection steps here) shared by the owner of the workshop. Besides, 7 sub-suppliers are involved in terms of raw materials and components supply. The labor of our NILS is 60% by hand, 40% by machine. There is no way it can be purely done by machine. Appreciate their hard work leads to no delay in our shipment plan.

Dear Backers,
A big thank you to all our 6153 backers of your greatest support. Thank you for sticking around with us on this amazing journey. We wouldn't make it without every single one of you. Our team are simply humbled by all the incredible ideas and valuable feedback from you guys. You are truly inspiring us.
Meanwhile, we are doing a pre-production with our manufacturer these two weeks. We are about to order materials for mass production. Reserving capacity and planning ahead with production team.
We are expecting payment from Kickstarter within the week of 23rd. However, there are 6% payment error among our backers. We've reached out to each individuals on private messages via Kickstarter. In case you didn't receive it, here is the guideline of 'How to fix your payment'

First of all, you have to do it on Desktop website, App wont't fix the payment. Kindly find below how-to.
1. When you log in your Kickstarter account, there should have a red banner flag out on the top, click "Fix payment"
2. When you got in the next page, Look for a blue button "Retry your payment", click in to fix your payment!
3.If it doesn't work, your can try to re-entered your credit card again. Some backers succeed to fix their payment in this method.
4.Alternatively, you can click “Add a new card”, to enter another credit card to proceed payment.

Most importantly, you want to know when you can receive post-campaign survey. We are in the process of getting the survey ready to send out in the same week of 23rd. Again, we will use Backerkit as our survey provider this time to offer you the seamless backer experience.In here, you will provide us your shipping address, choice of NILS etc. Also, if you didn't order enough NILS, we have add-on function to allow you order extra in your survey.
